Plants and Gardens

Helen inherited her passion for plants and gardens from her father and grandfather who were both professional gardeners.

Now, years on, she is a keen gardener herself and has been photographing plants and gardens for many years; from shots of spacious botanical gardens to plants in her own, more modestly-sized, allotment in East Dulwich, South London.

She enjoys being out on location capturing inspiring images of spaces created by designers and architects; places such as private and public gardens, parks and squares. Equally, she's happy shooting botanical portraits in the studio and plants and flowers growing in their natural context. And let's not forget people - designers, gardeners, visitors and those just passing through.

Garden designers, landscape architects, floral designers, nurseries and publishers are some of those who might benefit from Helen’s photography. Beyond that, striking shots of plants and flowers have broad appeal and can be perfect for use in design and marketing.
